I am a dedicated policy advisor with a technical background and proven expertise in a large government agency and international settings. Looking to bring portfolio management skills and a systems engineering approach to large complex matters for national benefit and global impact.

As a civil servant for over 15 years, I have learned the role of government for widespread societal good and leveraged my technical expertise to advise NASA leadership toward producing the greatest taxpayer return on investment. This objective prioritizes public education, stakeholder engagement, and, above all, responsible stewardship of budget and mission. 

Several roles during my tenure in the executive branch have contributed to this mission including policy advisor to the Director of NASA Science, Director of Marshall Space Flight Center and Director of Heliophysics. These organizations represent hundreds of billions in government investment, thousands of government and contractor personnel across the nation, and dozens of strategic partnerships around the world.
