My name is Elizabeth Esther and my life’s mission is to be consecrated to God as a navigational star pointing the way to Jesus and encourage others to have abundance in all areas of life, leadership, and purpose. It's all in the name, Elizabeth means "consecrated to God" and "My God is Abundance". Esther means "Star".
My mission and actions are rooted in faith. I believe I was known before the foundations of the Earth, fearfully and wonderfully made by the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob. I desire to live my life in a way the glorifies God. My life's prayer is God's kingdom come and will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. Practically, it looks like love!
Exploration and discovery are at the heart of who I am. I agree with Albert Einstein who said, "The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious". Similar to studying a work of art will teach you about the artist, I enjoy studying the mysteries hidden in science to learn more about the Creator, go deeper in the heart of God and see from His perspective. Beauty unbounded. Practically this looks like designing rockets that will take mankind further into space or studying the sun, stars and space in between.
My science journey has been within a government context which has afforded me the opportunity to expand beyond science and technology into policy and budget. I have learned a great deal about what works and what doesn't and how changes in leadership can impact a long term objective or goal, such as sending humans further into space than ever before or exploring the surface of Mars. These lessons apply to many challenges facing our nation, challenges I enjoy being a part of the solution.
Taking a systematic approach to global issues goes beyond government to the businesses that make America. As founder of TruVector Advisory, I work with CEOs and executive teams to ensure their organizations are aiming proven capabilities at where demand is actually going to maintain relevance in a changing world. Most organizations don’t fail because they lack talent or effort. They lose momentum because strengths that once created value are no longer aligned with economic, technological, or geopolitical reality.
